Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen takes on the Spot as Denmark's most active and the Nordics' second most active M&A Law Firm

The leading M&A market intelligence and research firm Mergermarket has released the M&A league tables for Q1 2013.

The new league table from Mergermarket puts Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen at the very top of the Danish M&A market in Q1 2013 with 9 closed transactions. Bech-Bruun and Plesner are runners up with 7 and 6 transactions respectively.

According to Mergermarket Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen also takes on the spot as the second most active M&A law firm in the Nordic Region in Q1 in terms of number of transactions. The Finnish and Swedish firm Roschier takes on the top spot with 10 closed transactions in Q1, closely followed by Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen with 9 closed transactions in Q1.

Mergermarket only tracks M&A deals with a deal value above USD 5 million.
